Ordered service for sewing garments Made me buy the threads and supplies. Won't pay me for the work I did. Won't pay for the thread. Tried to steal money from my Paypal account. Tried to order me to send all supplies to them without paying me.

Using other company designs and pretending it is their own patterns and fashions. Uses different names, the names change.

Jaime, with Sweet Janes Clothing, loves to throw around dates and time stamps to make herself look like she is organized and correct. This is far from the truth. I too quit working with Sweet Janes Clothing because of outlandish requests, and an unstable working relationship. She has filed over a thousand dollars worth of disputes on me when she has all of her products. She is vindictive and will do whatever she can to bring someone else down. She also sent me other's designs and passed them off as her own. I back the original complaint 100%. Do not let Jaime's details in writing sway you to think she has it all together. She is great at coming up with lies and making them sound good. So much so that she keeps shocking me when she changes her disputes from one thing to another. I do not think in such an unethical manner so I am blown away by her actions. She threatened me with a lawsuit if I did not refund her money, which she was not owed. She is full of threats with nothing to back them. She has destroyed other's businesses and even personal lives to get ahead. Do not do business with Sweet Janes Clothing.

You did not send any pattern You took a trademark design from someone and sent a picture via email. It was a picture of a home pattern not a production pattern. It was necessary for our company to create professional oaktag patterns which you never paid for. Why could you not find a local sewing company why search a thousand miles away? This is a major red flag.

This is a false and untrue report

On July 30, 2014 you received a beginner’s sewing pattern of children ruffle pants from Sweet Janes Clothing.   You informed us that you would be able to produce 50-100 garments per day of mixed colors and sizes in an email.   You stated that the price was 6.00 per pant and 20 cents each to sew in the care tag and the size tag according to an email sent by you on July 29, 2014.   You confirmed on August 10th that you received 3 rolls of elastic (50 yards each) one that was opened and slightly smaller than the rest and fabric, on August 13th you confirmed you received labels, and on August 15 you confirmed by email that you received all of the fabric and samples we sent you.   You received 421.21 (paypal invoice 0054) for 50% of the order (Note you increased the amount per pant by 1.00 after the initial quote of $6 and requested that we increase the order to help with your production) and $75 (paypal invoice 0055) for thread which was an added expense not disclosed at the time we agreed to allow you to make our product.   You received 435.30 in brand new sample pieces and materials to complete this project supplied to you by Sweet Janes Clothing.   In total you received 931.51 in payment and materials supplied by Sweet Janes Clothing.

As of August 29, 2014 Sweet Janes Clothing has received one package from you consisting of 6 pairs of ivory ruffles valued at $43.20.   This package was received on August 23, 2014.  The ruffle pants were falling apart at the seams, one had a gaping hole where the ruffle was supposed to be attached to the pant.   All 6 pairs of ruffles were repaired by a professional local seamstress for $7 per pair at a total of $42.

In addition to the added expense of having to hire another person to redo the ruffle pants you sewed we also incurred costs in replacing the fabric you refused to send us after you abruptly quit in an email dated August 22, 2014 at 12:07 PM stating, “You were not going to do any more work or waste your time.”  You responded that we had 1 hour to contact you and that we owed you $220-275 to pay for the shipping.  We requested an itemized statement of what would be in the box and items that you intended to ship.   As of September 3,, 2014 at 9:25 PM EST we still have not received this information, tracking or any of our materials or missing products.  Furthermore, you have stated in emails dated August 28, 2014 and August 29, 2014 that you did not send the materials and that you would sell them unless we pay you $305.00.

Sweet Janes Clothing is demanding that you pay in full the amount of materials that you were supplied $435.30 (samples, fabric, thread, labels), $421.21 (equivalent to 58 pairs of pants at $7.20/per pant) and reimburse us for the added expenses of having to purchase fabric since you would not send our fabric back to us (118.40) and for the repairs required to the pants that you did make ($42).  You owe Sweet Janes Clothing $ 1016.91.

It wasnt enough that Laura Bullinger, DBA Sample Sewing Company and Bullinger Industries Inc frauded my company out of money she now seeks to ruin our reputation.  I would avoid any transaction with her.   She is unable to perform the projects she claims to be able to do.  She is a 1 woman sewing business operating out of her home.  She was never able to produce the 50-100 garments in a day and lacks the professional sewing ability to complete a beginner sewing pattern.  She was reported and removed by the professional fashion trade website (Maker's Row) in which we found her for her fruadulant activities.
