I needed them to advise me what to do. I called usps and was told that they cannot be held responsible for what was inside the package and to call the merchant and work it out. I do not have a special place in my home for dead rats and rat feces so I put the package outside.
I got through to the merchant on Wednesday and was told by a Lisa that a refund would be processed. But because she did not have the power to do it herself the owner Peggy would do it for me and she would contact me. I received no correspondence from Peggy and called back the next day.
This time I was told that nobody said they would refund me but if the call is replayed you will see that this is a blatant lie. The staff here is incredibly insensitive and had a I don't care attitude. If they had proper contact avenues for clients this would have been easier for both parties. I am asking that they take responsibility for this untimely demise and refunde. This is a dirty unreliable company!
I am fed up talking to the staff who just says somebody will contact you. What a shameless company. And selling intimate garments. Consumers beware!
Let me give you additional information as to what transpired. The first time I called I was told by Lienna May that a refund woud be issued but only the owner could process it. The owner would be contacted to do so and she would contact me for confirmation. I received this email after the conversation ended.
I made the purchase directly from swimwear boutique. They charged my credit card and should be held accountable for this mishap.
I am very dissatisfied with the poor judgement on swimwear boutique behalf and feel very unhappy. At this point I am willing to accept a replacement or store credit. They should act on the beat interest of customers.
You cannot blame somebody else for this tremendous mistake. Blameship and responsibility must be taken. You promised to refund me in a verbal agreement and now it's a huge problem. This a a grave and costly error and I will go to great lengths to publicize this if this is not resolved in a mutually satisfactory manner.
Please act on your clients best interest. I implore you. Thank you.
At this point I am willing to accept a replacement or store credit. It seems that this store does not care about customers or their reputation. I feel sorry for the people at this store that they would have such poor judgement concerning this mishap.
I feel the need to warn customers about this store and have them avoid experiencing such a horrible occurence. Just imagine rats walking all over your underwear and bras at night. And some people do not even wash new items when received. This company has no pride in their store.
They are very dirty people who is trying to avoid the cost of a fumigation of their store as well as avoid refunding a customer. I assure you that my experience here will not go unsettled. It is not my intention to be a vindictive but I feel obliged to share my experience with as many people as possible. This is hazardous to peoples health and must be addressed.
