swiss colony fRefuses to replace stale merchandise nationwide
I am a business owner and service provider, therefore I get alot of THANK YOU GIFTS at the holday times from them This year one of my customers bought me a 120 ct box of PETIT FOURS (a $65.00 cost) FROM SWISS COLONY Due to the fact that I receive so many gifts< we did not recall who gave us this one in particular.
WE called SWISS COLONY, Who we had thought prided themselves on being custermer friendly, fresh merchandise etc,. However, this is all untrue. The rude and obnoxious customer service rep stated, unless you know who gave you that gift, its TOO BAD THAT ITS STALE.
I pleaded with them that I Had the 120 ct box that could be shipped back to them to prove so, but their response was we don't care, unless you know who gave it to you you are OUT OF LUCK, WE CAN"T DO ANYTHING BE AWARE WHEN GIVING THIS MERCHANT YOUR MONEY..BEcause if you don't give your receipient a gift receipt the only one who wins is SWISS COLONy
When I told the rude customer service rep that it seems like your company is banking on the end recipient having no knowledge of who gave them the gift she laughed and said so what This is HORRENDOUS BEHAVIOR FROM AN AMARICAN COMPANY>
I ALSO SUGGESTED THEY GO OPEN ONE OF THOSE BOXES STILL IN THEIR WHAREHOUSE TO ASCERTAIN THAT THE MERCHANDISE IS STALE AND AGAIN IT WAS MET WITH HER EERY laugh, and response of IT WOULD NOT MATTER IF ALL IN OUR WAREHOUSE ARE BAD, WITHOUT THE PURCHASER's NAME YOU ARE S-O-L
who can help take them on or who odered a 120 ct petite Four for someone just call in to get your refund because all the chocolate ones in the box are stale and if you don't want to call the maybe i can use your name as my gift giver since i have the stale merchandise
