Sycamore Creek Kennels Brian Lima breading dogs with hip dysplasia must be illegal High Point North Carolina

I got a German Shepard puppy from Sycamore Creek Kennels who was fine till the age of 4, when she developed severe hip dysplasia. Educate yourself how horrible it is, when agile puppy becomes disabled limping dog with only partial improvement with all available medications...I asked Mr Lima about hip dysplasia issue and he reassured me that his puppies are Very healthy. I wish i was less naive and requested a hip certificate that should be issued by OFA to the breeding pair of dogs. Now i am stuck with very sick dog and his (Lima) predatory contract that excuses breeder from any legal responsibilities for producing sick dogs. No, Lima does NOT have OFA sertificate of the sir/ dam of my puppy. I've checked it in OFA database. I feel sorry for my dog sufferening that could be easily prevented by simple X-ray of her parents and good breeding standarts. Now i have a life-long vet bills and my dogs eyes asking me why i can not run and play? why i am in pain?? 

Yes, it is legal to breed dogs with hip dysplasia.  We need to make this illegal!
