Symantec offers a $20 rebate for purchase of its Norton Anti Virus 2004. I bought the product at Micro Center here in Chicago for the store price of $52.00. I sent in the receipt along with the original UPC from the box and all required information. Two months later I receved a post card saying I sent in an invalid proof of previous purchase.
