THE LAKES O NORTH PORT APARTMENTS ARE REFUSING TO FIX AND REPAIR MY APARTMENT AND OTHER TENTANTS APARTMENTS; OUR APARTMENTS HAVE MOLD. SCORPION, SPIDERS ROACHES. WATER LEAKAGE; NOW I WAS ON APARTMENT RATINGS TO MAKE A RESPONSE AND TO WRITE A REVIEW BUT APARTMENTS RATINGS IS ONLY FOR THE APARTMENT OWNERS- SO HERE IS WHAT I WROTE THAT THEY REFUSED TO SUMITT AND I WAS DIRECTED BY OTHER TENTANTS TO COME TO RIPOFFREPORT.COM TO AIR THE TRUTH; OUR HEALTH IS IN DANGER AS SO AS MANY OTHERSA AND WE'RE ALL BEING THREEATENED BY THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AND IT'S STAFF; EVERY SINGLE ONE.-- SO HERE IS WHAT I WROTE-

MY HAD AN LICENSED INSPECTOR INSPECT MY APARTMENT YESTERDAY 7/02/2014 AT THE LAKES OF NORTH PORT IN NORTH PORT FLORIDA MANAGER CHAZ SHIPP AND HIS VIOLATING HARRASSING AROGANT EMPLOYEES- MY APARTMENT WAS DEEMED UNLIVABLE BECAUSE OF MOLD WATER DAMAGE IN THE WALLS A/C NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND MORE BUT THE INSPECTOR WAS OUTRAGED AND SAID; THIS WAS INTENTINAL AND THAT WITH THE CONDITION THE APARTMENT WAS IN THAT THIS HAD BEEN GOING ON FOR ALONG TIME AND THE OWNERS AND MANGERS KNEW NOT TO RENT THIS APARTMENT OUT OR ANY APARTMENT -MOLD AND WATER DAMAGE IS THRU OUT THE APARTMENT DAMPNESS-
SMELL IN THE WATER HEATERS; IN THE VENTS IN THE A/C'S. IN THE CLOTHING IN MY FURNITURE MY EXPENSIVE FURNITURE. THE INSPECTOR SAID; JUST FOR MY APARTMENT ALONE IT WOULD COST THEM THE OWNERS OF THE LAKES OF NORTH PORT AKA SYMCOR $300,000, THE APARTMENT WOULD HAVE TO BEGUTTED OR TORN DOWN THAT'S HOW BADD IT WAS AND UNHEALTHY AND UNSAFE AND HE SAID; THE OWNERS AND MANAGERS CLEARLY KNEW IT. HE'S FILING A REPORT WITH THE STATE AS WELL.SO MUCH FOR THE LIES THAT CHAZ SHIPP AND HIS STAFF HAVE BEEN SAYING AND BLAMING THE RESIDENTS WHO HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS OF MOLD AND MUCH NEEDED REPAIRS

yes; this all true; on 6/20/2014 Angel mendello one of the victimizers employed by the lakes of north port was out side our window cusing loudly while on duty even if he was off duty he shouldn't have; he was talking to a parent who called him and told him to stop stalking and harassing her teenage daughter; his reply while cusing was he couldn't help it if the girl was wearing a bikini and that she should have covered up; Than he hung up; went into a rage of throwing thing in the public view; calls were made to the office; nothing done; this employee angel went on to cusing at kids just walking by;the kids told Angel that they were going to call their parents; Angel laughed and said; like anything going to happen; This Angel guy went on a rant for at least 45 minutes. Angel also said; that Chaz best not say anything because he had them on photos of them together and he knew things about chaz that could get him in futher hot water and do jail time; He laughed and went on.
FYI- JUST CALL THE POLICE; AND YOUNG KIDS AND TEENAGERS WITH TODAYS TECHNOLOGHY YOUR CELL PHONES VIDEOS AND RECORDS AND TAKES PICTURES; JUST SHOW THE POLICE WHEN THEY RESPONDE.YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE THAT; JUST BECAUSE CHAZ IS BEING BLACKED MAILED DOESN'T MEAN WE HAVE TO SUFFER. As for the mold on approx. 6/27/2014 a company for water and mold detection came to all apartments to check for leaks on the water heaters and found mold in under the water heaters and around them and noted a lot of the apartment smelled of hazardous mold when they came in. iN THE LEASE AND THE FLORIDA STATUES IT STAES THAT THE OWNER AND RESIDENT AGREE TO VACATE THE PREMISES IN THE EVENT THAT THE OWNER MANAGERMENT AGREES THAT THE MOLD AND MILDEW POSES A THREAT TO THE RESIDENTS(SECTION 9 ON THE MOLD INFORMATION AND THAT THE OWNER MANAGER) HEALTH AND WELL BEING- BEING THAT THESE APARTMENTS WHEN PURCHASED APPROX A YEARS AGO AND PREVIOUSLY WHEN THEY WERE THE FOUNTAINS AND RILEY CHASE- THERE WERE COMPLAINTS THAN ABOUT THE MOLD AND MILDEW BUT THE ISSUES WERE JUST PAINTED OVER AND PURPOSELY; WILLINGLY SWEPT UNDER THE RUG; AND LEFT WILLINGLY FOR FUTURE TENATS LIKE YOU AND I AND OTHER TO ON PURPOSE AND INTENALLY TO GET SICK AND HARRASSED AND VIOLATED FORE THEM TO MAKE A QUICK DOLLAR AT THE EXSPENSE OF THE INNOCENT RESIDENTS- IT ALSO SAYS IN THE LEASE PAGE 5 OF 7 THAT ALL REPAIRS HAVE TO BE MADE IN WRITING AND THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TO HONOR ORAL REQUESTS UNDER GENERAL CLAUSES PARAGRAPH#33 SO SEND A CERTIFIED LETTER AND REQUEST A SIGNATURE WITH RETURN RECEIPT. In other words they knew about the mold and mildew before renting these apartments and didn't properly take care of it and rented them anyway so their guilty; with intent to deceive and harm internally and violate the health codes and florida statues and laws( DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES). We as the residents; those who do pay our rent on time and was promised verbally and written; that they would up hold the statues and the health codes and do the repairs.AND KEEP US PROVIDED IN OUR APARTMENT HEALTH LIVING CONDITIONS;FREE FROM DANGEROUS MOLD AND MILDEW AND FAULTY APPLANCES AND FAULTY A/C UNITS FULL OF MILDEW AND THICK DUST. AND WATER LEAKAGE AND MOLD ON OUR ALREADY CLEAN CLOTHES AND FURNITURE.READ YOUR LEASE LOOK UP THE STAUES FOR FLORIDA LANDLORDS AND THEIR RESPONSIBILITIES BY LAW AND ACT ON THEM LEGALLY; MAKE THE LAWS HONOR THEMSELVES.- ALSO IN PARAGRAPH #31 UNDER RESPONSIBILITIES OF OWNER AND RESIDENT A THRU C READ. THEY HAVE 7 SEVEN DAYS TO REMEDY THE ISSUE AFTER THE WRITTEN REQUESTS AND IF THEY FAIL TO TO COMPLAY WITH THE FEDERAL LAW OR WITH THE MATERAL PROVISION OF THE LEASE- YOU MAY INDUCTATE YOUR INTENT TO TERMANAT THE LEASE AND IT GOES ON. BUT IN OTHER WORDS IF THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WORD WRITTEN YOU HAVE LEGAL GROUNDS.I HAVE GIVEN WRITTEN NOTICE 3 TIMES AND THEY HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING BUT HARRASSE ME. WELL ALL THE RESIDENTS CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THE MANAGER CHAZ AND HIS EMPLOYEES AND SYMCOR AND THE COMPANY IN TAMPA WHO OVERSEES THE ACTIONS OF THE MANAGERS OF THE LAKES AT NORTH PORT- HAVE CLEARLY VIOLATED THE FEDERAL LAWS AND HOUSING CODES.PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO KNOW THE TRUTH
