Synapse Group, Inc Synapse Group, Inc. FRAUD! Company offers "free trial" of magazines, promising that you are free to "cancel after trial" but after they obtain your credit card # they continue charging without notice or permission Internet

They gave a promotional offer of a magazine for 6 months and charged $2 and obtained my credit card. They did an automatic charge of $75 even before the trial subscription ended without my consent. When I called and asked them to cancel, they agreed to refund that charge and lured me into another 6 months trial subscription for $2. I never received the $75 credit into my account. To blame myself, I didn't check my credit card charged for many months. When I woke up finally and called them again, they said they will cancel and give me a prorated $18 refund. It is a big rip off. Never fall for it, ladies and gentlemen!
