syncroncy bank chase fraud atlanta ga Georgia

I had chase credit card syncroncy took over the card I had paid off account did not tell me they

took over the account I already had sent payment to them and when i called they said I had a balance .  I told them it was paid off.   they found the check was sitting in their Florida office and said they would

correct this bill .  it is now 2 month they keep sending me the bill with balance. talik to superviser

with recorded message  with her saying that it was their error. still they have not fixed this. I am contacting attorney general and sueing them
