WE CALLED THE MORTURARY 6 DAYS BEFORE THE SERVICE TO MAKE SURE THE FLOWERS WOULD GET THERE.  THE DIRECTOR WAS NOT A BIT COOPERATIVE. FLOWERS WERE TO BE DELIVERED FOR A 10 AM SERVICE..


FLORIST TRIED TO DELIVER NIGHT BEFORE AND WAS TURNED AWAY AND TOLD THEY HAD TO BE DELIVERED BEFORE 8:30 AM ON THE 13TH. THE FLORIST DIDNT OPEN UNTIL 9 AM. NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED.


NO CONSIDERATION FOR THE GRIEVING.


 

WE COULD NOT COME TO THE SERVICE WE ARE IN COLORADO MY HUSBAND IS VERY ILL AND THIS WAS A GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT.
