This message is to Kie (the ownner of T and A Automotive). I am using the email address ThaTNJeff@gmail.com. The email address on your business card.( They uninstalled it because it impeded the operation of the car.) I got this information from the manual given to me by the installer. Since this was your biggest complaint about the return of the alarm system. This whole situation has cost me. Alarm $500, proximity sensor $50, additional installer fee $40 and Nissan repair $453.41. Grand total$1043.41.The price of getting all the damage repaired by the installer. Some wires were cut twice which is unnecessary. Before he had begun installation in my car, my car was running perfectly. After his installation, I had problems with keyless entry. I could not get in the car half the time and the ignition would read "no key" or "low battery" on a regular basis. Which also meant the car would not start. The alarm would activate at all times day and night. I was written up on a formal complaint by my apartment building because of this disturbance. Now I cannot park in certain areas around the building. I did ask for a sensitive alarm system, but as I stated more than once. "I want an alarm that can be turned off in the county and turned on in the city." This alarm was connected directly to the door locks. This meant every time I got out of my car, the alarm would sound. Hence my problem with my building.

This went on for two months, because the installer would miss many of his own appointments. Nissan confirms that this damage was caused by an after market alarm system. Norris Nissan said they will be happy to talk to anyone about this repairs. Dawn, who is the service manager will happily talk about the repairs to any interested party.. i am sending this on June 15, 2013. I would like a reply by June 22, 2013. I don't like that this has happened. I like to support small business....... Dennis. Columbia, Md.
