In answer to your rebuttal, you have shown your true colors.  this is not how a legit company responds under ANY circumstances to a customer. A quick internet search showed multiple complaints about you over the past year. You are obviously building quite a reputation for yourself.  if you are such a "legal" operation, why do you not leave any company contact name, address, or phone number on your invoices?  Even if I did try to contact you to discuss the charges, how could I? you dont even tell customers the name of the company? If you would like to contact me to discuss the charges, I invite you to do so. I will be pleasantly surprised if you do so.  You have ALL of MY contact information, so the ball is in your court, Mr. Businessman. Lets see how you respond to an unhappy customer. 

YOURE THE SCAMMER!!!!!!! Thats the cost of changing 3 locks and getting you into your place. If you dispute the charges, not only are you a scammer but a straight thief. It may SEEM a bit high, but when you have to call a locksmith, there is a problem. That means they can and will charge you extra "for the convenience" of them comming out. Ok so you had to wait 90 mins, BFD!!!!! Fate did not contact the Locksmith and tell them that it was going to give you a problem. YOU CALLED THEM!!! Im sure if they could have been there in 15 mins they would have.

So if you can sleep at night knowing that not only are you a thief and a scammer, but a horrible human being for screwing someone out of thier cash that they earned LEGALLY, then go ahead and dispute the charges. It will go to show everyone out on the web that you are nothing but a slimeball. I certainly hope with all my being that someone does to you what you are going to do to them.

You could have gone down to thier office and offered to negotiate with them on thier prices. But I doubt youre that smart..........
