I am making a formal complaint about my service with T-Mobile Hotspot. I have been paying $29.99a month for access to the internet which is very slow and unreliable service.

At the rate of $29.99, this is a very expensive service, even at the rate of $19.99 as a T-Mobile customer with mobile services; the Hot-Stop services are not great at all. Places with no customers roaming the internet to bog the internet service down, speeds are often slower than 750Kbps speeds and never faster than 1500 kbps. I have several laptop computers but never an issue with my computer, so know this is T-Mobile issue.

Besides Hot-Stop locations, I have found other places that offer free internet services, have faster services than T-Mobile Hotspot. Really for the price you pay at $29.99 a month, you should expect superior service but it is horrible. I am not happy with T-Mobile Hotspot at all, it is slow and unreliable everywhere. I am better off going to different coffee house or other place not using Hotspot, have faster internet service, with speeds from 3megs to 5megs and even 10megs I have noticed. There are a lot of places that offer free wi-fi services in a restaurant(s) or coffee house (besides Starbucks, Barnes & Noble, Borders) or etc, I have found these places to be much much better. This is not piggy-backing on someone's internet service, this is service that offer free internet for example.

Personally T-Mobile Hotspot should be a free service as in the next 5 years wi-fi will be everywhere and Hotspots will be of the existence. People are paying the high cost of coffee from Starbucks and other Hotspot locations, as this should provide a free Hotspot service as this would boost customers than the spending monthly tabs on coffee & Hotspot fees each month is expensive (especially with the US going through major inflation rates on consumer spending, everything is going up & up) (Starbuck's measures that customers are spending less because of inflation factors from gasoline prices and inflations market rates as this has cut the cost from people spending an average on $4.50 latt10 to 16 times a month down to half that now). I know you want to charge a fee for a ligament service but this is expensive; especially when you have customers who are unhappy with your T-Mobile Hotspot service. If you view online under ?T-Mobile Hotspot problems? on any search engine, you will see a list of people complaining about your wifi Hotspot service.

Furthermore I have tried and tried e-mailing your services online under T-Mobile services web site but I never got straight answers. It is like e-mailing automated service with no real answer about your Hotspot services.

I want to say I am sorry for making this report

To T-Mobile Hotspot

I am making a change in my decision about T-Mobile Hotspot  on my ripoff report I left about them and I want to say I apologize for making this report. While they are not perfect as businesses have problems as T-Mobile Hotspot  did but nobody is perfect. I am not a fan of RR and wished I never used this site for making complaints on businesses. Since they do not allow authors to remove reports I am left leaving a sorry note to T-Mobile Hotspot . At the time T-Mobile Hotspot was convient and easy to use and really I think I was complaining about something that was not entirely their fault and for that I am sorry as I wish to apologize for making this report on them.

I am sorry I made this report, please accept my apologies as I had a change of heart and want to say I am sorry as much as I think they may feel the same way.
