Some sales people will do whatever it takes to make a sales, including overlooking a persons credit status or ability to pay. Then when the bill doesn't get paid, they send out the sharks. In this case, T-Mobile has allowed MidLand Credit Management to take on an account that belonged to someone- get it right, we dont use T-Mobile, never have and never will. We prefer ATT and Sprint thank you - to harass whomever has the same name just to collect a $169.00 bill.
Take corporate pride in training your people, and if you have to go after a default account, make sure you have the right one. T-Mobile is just as in fault as the collection agency, for not doing their job in the first place. Beware - if you have a common name and someone defaults, corporate incompetency will come after you while you are doing homework with your children, caring for your elder or cooking dinner. They don't care. T-Mobile lost definitely a potential client and referals. This is not a way of doing business.
