8 years ago I got T-mobile cell phone service. The sales person told me the plan would be cheaper if I got a "family" plan with 2 phones.  I asked a bunch of questions.  Got my first bill....and it was a lot more than I was told.  T-mobile would not do anything about it.  After out of that contract I changed my plan so that it would be cheaper.  Again I was lied to.  3 years ago I signed yet another contract with them.  Was told my bill would never be above $80/m including taxes.  Again I was lied to.  I made sure to start recording my conversations with them(this contract is one of those recorded conversations).

T-Mobile said they could not pull up their recorded conversation so that they would have the proof.  The last contract with them I was to receive a FREE phone.  I never received it.  I called them to let them know and they sent me a replacement phone(a phone without a battery or back door(not even a full phone)) and I was charged full price for the phone that was free under the contract.  That phone came to me broken.  So they had to send another one...and again I was charged for it.  I had to get ACTION NEWS involved and T-Mobile gave me a refund on one of the phones that I was supposed to get for free.  Two weeks ago I got a call from Canada.

I called T-mobile to see what charged were involved in making or receiving calls from Canada.  The representative told me Canada was free and most other countries was only $0.20.  I get my phone bill and it is almost $300 because of Calls to Canada.  I contacted them today and their response was "sorry, that representative gave you bad information.  What we can do is remove half of the charges.  We can't pull up the recorded conversation and there are no notes from that representative so that is all we can do."  I have spent so much time on the phone with T-mobile customer care that I could consider it a part time job just fixing their mistakes-although they don't have me on payroll to work for them to fix their issues.

If you are thinking of getting T-Mobile.....STAY AWAY you will thank me for it later!  If anyone wants to hear any of the recorded conversations I have with them, feel free to contact me as I would be very happy to send them to you so that the truth gets out there.  They are a very deceiving company.  Someone needs to start a Class Action Lawsuit against them.  I know for a fact this happens to many people who use T-Mobile.
