After being a customer with t-mobile for many years i renewed my contract in november2011. I was offered a nokia lumia 800 and was charged an additional 90 pound

after using the phone for two weeks it dies and was unable to recharge. I sent the phone back to t-mobile for repair which leave me without a handset for the best part of two months. The phone was returned and was fine for the next couple of months before dying again.

It was sent back to t-mobile and was repaired again with the promise that if it happens again the phone will be replaced. after a month or so i accidentally dropprd the phone and cracked the screen. However that did not affect the phone from working, then after about four months the phone died fot the third time.

I took the phone back to t-mobile and to my horror, i was told that "it is because of the crack screen why the phone died". I was not having it and they reluctantly took the phone.

After about six more weeks without a handset and not hearing from them, i decided to give them a ring. T-mobile said they sent a text with a quote to repair the screen which no one received, then they changed and said they called which they may have done but no answer.

I went to the shop to explain that it is not the screen but the phone been dead and not been able to recharge is the problem.

They then said it will cost me 160 pound to repair the screen or i should forget about that phonr as my upgrade is due soon and i should go on a 18 or 24 months contract. They gave me back the phone and told me that the cracked screen voided my warranty.

Not happy with t-mobile!!!
