TWO YEARS AND T Mobile HAS NOT REFUNDED OVER 700 DOLLARS FOR A RETURNED PHONE PUCHASE

On June 3rd of 2012 I purchased a Samsung Galaxy SII and paid cash in the amount of $ 710.44.   The phone could be returned in 14 days and receive a full refund less a $50 dollar restocking fee.  I returned the phone on June 16th fora refund.  I would purchase the new SIII that was being was being offered the following week.  It is now two years later and I have still not received my refund.

When I returned the phone they said that I could not receive a cash refund even though I had paid cash.  I was told that they would have it deposited into my checking account in about 3 days.  When the money was not refunded, I went back to the store and the manager Jon Voa asked me to provide a copy of my actual check.  Two weeks later the money still not refunded.  Went back to the store again and asked that they just send an actual check to my address and he said it would take about two weeks.

I went back to the store every couple of weeks and kept being told two weeks.  Sometime in October of 2012 after several months of trying to get my money I was told that my paper work had been shipped out of the store and was archived in a warehouse and the store no longer had the paper work.   I was not sure if I had the paper work and was unable to provide it for them.  The manager told me that he would request the paper work.    I called and went to the store at least a dozen times and the manager was always off that day, sick etc., and phone calls were never returned.    The manager was eventually fired I was told.

In 2013 I found the paperwork and started trying to get my refund with G Adrian Limon the current store manager.   Again almost the identical situation started with a copy of check trying to get the refund to my checking account and was told two weeks.  Every two weeks went back to store to get update.    In December of 2013 I let Adrian know that if I did not get my money that I would have to seek legal help.   He said that if I was going to do that he was no longer able to assist me.

I let him know that I would not do that I just wanted my money.    I returned to the store multiple time and made many calls throughout 2014 and Adrian was either off that day or was sick or out with family issues etc.  This is what the previous manager did also.   The last time I returned to the store was on June 4 2014 and I was told was again that Adrian was ill. I also called customer service several times and they would say they would get a supervisor, put me on hold for 45 minutes and hang up.

I am a single parent raising a child by myself and this is a very lage amount of money to not be reunded over such a long period of time.  Shame on T Mobile and their managment.
