Now I have to say that I thought T-mobile was a great company.  I had service with them for over 7 years.  I lost my phone and I didn't have insurance on it.  The phone was an exspensive smart phone. It cost $549 but if you were willing to extend your contract by 2 years then it was only $99.  Except when I tried to extend my contract I was told I couldn't and had to pay the full $549.  This was the beginging of my trouble.  About 2 months later suddenly my bill went up by more than $300.  They stated I had gone over my minutes.  I had a 1000 anytime minutes plus free weekends and T-mobile to T-mobile.  In the previous 7 years I had never gone over 400 minutes.  I didn't move. Start a new Job.  Meet some one new or have any other life style changes that could explain their bill.  You see they state that I used more than 2500 minutes.  When I called in about it they said "no problem we can fix that and remove the extra charges (IF) I agree to a change in my service plan and a new 2 year agreement.  knowing I only had 6 months left in my contract.  Again the next month they say i went over my minutes I turned off my phone and put it in my safe with the battery out.  Again they say I went over my minutes I called them and after several hours of conversation they said pay the bill and stop bothering us.  I explained how I was sure that that I hadn't used any of the minutes.  They claim all the phone # were to numbers that I had called for 7 years.  My bill was an exact dubplicate of the first exspensive bill I recieved.  All the calls were made at the exact same time for the exact same amount of time.  At this point I had no choice I told them to cancel my service and they said I would charged $100 for early cancelation of my contract.

So they charged me to get the service.  They charged for calls I didn't make.  They admitted that they have 2 ways of looking up my minutes and their was a huge difference in the minutes that they showed but they still want me to pay the charges and Pay them extra for leaving because of their screw up.

T-mobile sucks and every one should know that are out to Rip you Off and if they haven't yet they WILL!

i would compare the 2 bills and show them they are the same and one was paid, if they dont
remove the charges, file a small claims court action against them and make them prove the calls exist.
then charge theem for court costs and lost wages.

switch your carrier to straighttalk its 30 bucks for 1000 minutes 1000 texts and 30mb a month, or $45 bucks for unlimited everything and you can use any carrier in your area, its the same service just no contract and cheap as h**l.
