I bought 4 iPhone 5 from T-Mobile authorized dealer in town. Week or so later, the price of the same phone came down.  I called the T-Mobile customer service department to see if I could get a exchange or price match for the phone.  The customer service rep told me to send all 4 iPhones to Return Center in Texas. I went to the UPS office and called from the UPS office to T-Mobile customer service to make sure that I should send them to Texas Return center or returning to the local store.  The T-Mobile rep on the phone confirmed that I have to send them to to Texas and once I give them the UPS tracing number they will start the new phone order process for iPhone 5S.

To make long story short, the same evening I went to the store to get new sim cards for my old phone and told t-mobile store manager about the phone and t-mobile phone rep told me to send it to Texas Return center.

He indicated that was not correct and he called the t-mobile customer rep where they told him that the their service rep made a error and those phones were not supposed to send it to Texes return center.

We try to call UPS office and stop the shipment, but it was too late.

Next day I called the t-mobile rep at 18009378997, where they transferred me to a specialist.  The specialist "Arron" told me that he his going to take care of this matter as it was their mistake and he will do everything to get my phone replaced. 
But he has to wait till the UPS package reaches the Texas Return center.

He told me that he will call me on Thursday (today was Monday). Since I did not receive call on Thursday, I call on Friday to check the status of the issue.

The rep who answered the phone told me that they have received the package and she is going to go ahead and place the order for 4 iPhone 5s. She said that the phones will be at our home on following Monday (today is Friday). 

On Monday I called to check, then they put me to the specialist (Arron), He told me that it seem they only received 3 phones not 4.  He has to get the confirmation from Taxes return center. But he will go ahead and order my 4 iPhone 5s and as soon as the previous order gets cancel, they will be able to process this new order.

We still have no phones. Last Saturday I called Arron, he said " as far as I concerned, they did not received my phones that I sent through UPS.  But he cannot confirm yet.  I asked when can he confirm, he said” I can’t tell you" I do not know".

Now I it is more than 3 weeks I still have no phone, no service, not answer.  I am in lala land.

Funny Video from a customer who hates T-Mobile

It's obvious this guy hates T-Mobile funny as hell video. The guy makes a great point regarding corporate America in this country.  And that's including T-Mobile you have to send this Rip off report to all of your friends.
