On the evening of Tuesday February 11, 2014 my adult son and I were customer's of this location. We placed our order to go, my son's order was Chicken Fajita Nachos. As I went to the men's room I noticed that an order of Chicken Fajita Nachos was placed on the counter on a tray. When I returned I was told our order was ready. Come to find out the now cold order on the tray was my son's while mine was in a to go container. Go figure.
The cashier then realized it was all to go and told teenage boy that prepared the order. I made it a point to tell him "Not to just dump the nachos in a to go tray, make them fresh. Well, wouldn't you know it, he did exactly what I told him not to do. So I told him again but this time I bit louder because he obviously didn't hear me the first time even though he was 4 feet away. At that time a man walked up from his seat in the restaurant and basicly butted in by saying he'd give me my money back. I responded by saying that's exactly what they can do if they wish. Come to find out the man butting in claimed to be Oklahoma State Police. But when I asked for his ID repeatedly he refused to show it to me. I since found out he really is a State Trooper and filed a complaint of conduct unbecoming against him. But that's another story.
Meanwhile when we returned to my 18 wheeler we discovered only 5 pieces of chicken on the Chicken Fajita Nachos. I called this place to complain and was told there was no manager there. That explains a lot! Less than 2 minutes later my phone rings and it's a male voice claiming to be the manager. After a few questions I realized it was allegedly the kid who has trouble hearing customers about to go boxes. This was all reported to the real manager the next afternoon. She informed me that she probably knew who it was pretending to be a manager. During the same conversation she told me that the owners have told her that my son and I were not to return to this eating establishment. Which was fine with us. The workers are rude, crude and socially unacceptable as people who should be working with the general public. The manager also said she would refund my money if I sent her the receipt. I did!
That was on February 12th. Today as of this writing March 11, 2014 I have not received any part of any refund from these lieing people. Anyone who goes here for food, drinks or ice cream does so at thier own risk. If you don't mind being waited on by stupid people and lair's then have at it. Obviously this family owned business doesn't care about you as a customer as long as you spend your hard earned money in thier establishment. Well, my money will no longer go to this eating establishment. I hope your's won't either.
