Summary of events:

1-Placed order online 03/03/09 with Tactical Gun Armory: WAWAP10001FC Walther PPS 9mm - $592.00

2-Although it was listed as instock on the website, I receieved an email 03/05/09 stating the pistol was back ordered. After six months of being on back order, with multiple inquiries by phone with Joy and Crystal, I cancelled my order in September of 09.

3- Since that time I have made at least six calls, again with Joy and Crystal, requesting that my credit card be credited for the cancelled order. I was eventually told that the supervisor Will was the only person who could address it, and yet I have been told he is not available.

4- Placed a billing dispute with my credit card company on 11/09/09.

5- Filed complaint report with Better Business Bureau 11/24/09
