Saw TV commercial, viewed the promotion immediatlly online reguarding "presidents day sale 2014" take 10% off mattresses, and 5 year finincing with Wells Fargo. Store Manager did not honor it. was very rude to me.

As seen, a Taft employee has responded to my report. and has only now corrected the language in its disclaimer. as of 02/17/2014, yet has not tried to rectify the issue of the advertising directly with me and honor what led me to visit their store in Saratoga Springs.
As I believe that is bad business ethics, yet worse in my view, Taft has not honored what I as a consumer was led to believe in the ad and writen "in black and white" on the website.
If I am not mistaken, I believe that it is indeed False advertising. As I am still open to negotation about the error, not to mention the insults by one of the Saratoga Springs sales representitives made to me on the phone, I intend to keep posting the factual details to warn against unfair, unethical, and business practices not to mention a complete lack of respect to clients after being insulted. With no remedy offered to correct the company's position on the matter other than correcting the language.
I believe it is our duty to our fellow consumers, Buyer be aware.
If Taft attempts to do the right thing I will be glad to update this posting, until that time, i reserve to keep this posting public to warn others about the issue.
I also reserve the right to reformulate my thoughts, conserns and seek any and all legal remedies that are available to me as I see fit to remedy this issue that has arisen.
It especially conserns me that a business that has many years of operation and serving our communities can be so careless to it's clients, whom keep the company thriving.
So I propose an open question, since when did it become acceptable to treat customers/clients how I was treated?
On a personal note, I work hard for my money, I try my hardest in life to always to respect others no matter if they are right or wrong. I accept when I do things wrong, and, IF I have, I will be the first to appologize, then I will go out of my way to do the right thing. If we can't trust eachother and we only just make it more difficult for one another, how would any one of us expect to make a better life if we become bitter and spiteful. When I hear the word Value... that, to me, does not mean only a dollar amount.

Yes, we do have Perfect Credit. not to mention we had and have other accounts with the financing company all in perfect standing. Have used Wells Fargo for a number of years. just paid off a water heater (Home Depot) and a hot tub (islander pools).

looks like there are two parts to the promo. Do you have the credit to get financed? If not then they cant honor a promo if you do not qualify for it.
