Taft Furniture the quality of their merchandise is garbage. they don't keep up with their warranty Albany, New York

we purchased our furniture for our living room from this company within 5 months of owning it it started to sag so we called to have it repaired took them forever to send a guy out and then the guy was rude on the phone and I refuse to let him come to my home so they had to get someone else from the outside or so they say to come in and that guy looked at everything and suggested what we need it and then ordered the parts it is now just about two months later and they're telling me that they have sent me two postcards and they left me a voicemail which none of it was true until today when you ask to speak with the owner because you just can't deal with this company you get nowheres well I found out who the owner was and I would be glad to tell everyone his name is John Mulcahy and none of the manager will let you talk to the owner of the company. And they said that they will not send anyone out to fix the just we paid 1300. 00 for. so heads up and beware if you deal with have furniture you're not going to like the outcome they will say anything to get you to purchase something beware check the quality and always do your homework on the company before spending such a large amount of money which is what I wish I had done now I have to hire a lawyer to get into this we'll see who comes out on top now
