Talent And More talent and more billed my at&t account for services i did not authorize Internet

i noticed that there was charge of my at&t phone bill for $19.95. i should have looked over my bill a little closer. we are so busy that i just open the bill
and paid it.


i had several services bundled together and never noticed the exrta charge because it is on the very last page. when i got to looking back at my bills i realized they have been doing it since feb. 2009.


when i called to inquire they reassured me i ordered it. i cancelled it immediately and asked for credit. the craziest part is at&t does not regulate stuff like this.

if i want a service or product i pay for it at the time i purchase it. i do not have any control over this sort of stuff, and the only thing i want to see on my phone bill is my phone bill!
