I used talkdesk trial and while using it we couldnt get our users setup and it took them hours for them to figure it out. Once we got it figured out the phone system was dropping our calls constantly while we were using fiber internet with top quality headsets that over match the requirements. We had over 100+ calls drop from the system then the system constantly kept goign in and out on quality so our clients couldnt hear us. Over it all craig stated he would refund the minutes because they knew they were messing up. Then We told them we did not want to move forward untill they fixed all these horrible issues and they charged us 500.00+. We are not using their services for many reason and they still want to act like we are using their system. I am a business owner and this company is beyond a scam and i hope no other companies fall for it.
