This company began contacting me and requesting I come in for an "interview". After several calls I finally scheduled the appointment.  They are in a high dollar Bank Building in downtown Sarasota, which makes you believe they might be for real. The woman at the front desk tries to entertain you showing you her various injuries, while waiting to meet the "matchmaker" person for your "interview"....as if not everyone is accepted!!!

She claims all men are true gentlemen, have been interviewed as well, they do background investigations, and she even has the "p***s" talk with them. Her words.  So they all have been checked out for ED according to her. (How, does she try them out first??)

She pretends to be upset by a phone call from her sister...tearing up even to make it more believable. Goes thru all the marvelous details of women who have joined and how many marriages there have been, and to notice the photo behind her of the couple they matched up and they got married.  Strangely, there is no photo of a man and woman, it's objects or something. Tells you how one of the ladies is on a cruise right now in the Virgin Islands! How they have men with large incomes, who retired well, who all own homes, boats, even an airline pilot!! Describes in detail a tall handsome gentleman who would be just "perfect" for me!!!  Builds a whole fairy tale to entrance you into signing up, after all where else are you going to meet this class of men??

Then after they suck you in with the fairy tales and get you all excited, and tell you if you sign up right now...you'll be dating someone NEXT WEEK.  After that comes the prices....starts out at $7000!!  NO WAY, not in my budget.  But oh, these men all have money, so you'll recoup it all very quickly!!  Ok, so since I'm an attractive mature blonde, they NEED me, so let her go talk to someone and see if she can get a discount on that.....    Goes down to $4500, and you get to meet 10 men, they also have fantastic functions for you to attend and meet gentlemen, but don't dare exchange numbers, bring the info to her and she'll get them in the program!!  Oh, yeah, let me check the review on our last recent Galla!!  Oh yes, all rave reviews!!!!  Still no, not in my budget at that price.  So she drops down again, this time for $2900, only 8 men to meet, and no preview of them, just the name, pick the location you want to meet at, and ALWAYS choose dinner!!! She tells the men to be sure they offer to pay, or they won't see the woman again!!!

But I don't have $2900.....She says don't you have credit cards??? Well yes, I keep them for just in case, or emergencies, but I don't use them or run them up!  Green flags go up for her!! What are your limits on them??? Me....$1000 each.  Her...Oh well you can call them and they will probably increase your limits, so you can put $1000 on one and as much as can get on the other!!! She sits and waits while I make phone calls requesting credit line increases. And meanwhile has already ran the $1000 on both of my cards.    Lots of pressure, lots of lies, lots of waiting.   A few days go by (past the 3 days, which was never mentioned) and I'm wondering what I signed up for and how am I going to be dating within a week since haven't heard a word since they got my money.    So I call and leave a message, get a sign in and password link, to complete my very brief boring type stuff profile.  Card playing??? Golf?? Tennis? Historical Monuments??? Wine tasting?? Hiking???    Weren't very many options that I actual do or enjoy, and I made it clear in her office the day I signed up that I like being on the water boating or riding on a motorcycle...being "in the wind", and that I prefer men younger than me as most older are just too old for me.    They give you an age range....well you don't want to rule out a younger than average man at 69, although I've dated 45 - 60 and enjoy their company more.  So whats the first thing they find a match for me?? A 69 year old man who lives very close to where I'm currently staying, who plays cards, and golf, likes historical monuments.   I hate golf, I have played cards, but it's not "an activity" I do, he's also only 5'7, I'm 5'6".    Mental images of overweight, short and wearing bright green pants...  Well I pick three places I'd like to meet, and wait several days.  Finally get a message from Sarasota Singles that David is no longer available, he's dating someone he met in the program previously.    So they quickly come up with "Sol" also 69, likes wine tastings, and playing cards, and Tennis!!  I pick three places to meet and again three dates I'd be available...he goes beyond the dates before they get him to agree to meet at all, and he's only offering Breakfast at Waffle House, or Coffee at Starbucks, or meet for drinks only (NO dinner), at happy hour.   He's not dressed to impress, not expecting anything, because he's been burned by these people and had to buy dinners for women who were no match. He brought up the costs....he only paid about $2000 but he got 13 women to meet!  He's very unimpressed with their services, and is considering filing a complaint also.  We did not exchange numbers, never spoke again...and he walked me out to my 2007 Truck and was very impressed with my truck (it is a well kept up pretty 2007 Toyota Tacoma)...but never saw what he drove...he obviously parked far enough away from the restaurant to make it hard for me to see. Suspicious that it might be an old beater...not something a man with means or the type I'd be interested in meeting.  I filed a complaint about 20 days after the sign up, because I thought you had 30 days to have a change of heart on a contract for anything, and since they hadn't provided any services, just wanted to end it.     I have filed a complaint with the BBB, with Hillsborough County Consumer & Veterans Services, With the State and will be filing one with the Dept of Aging.  They target women, charge them more, because they don't have enough men to fill their own programs. That's discrimination.  They keep filing rebuttals to my BBB complaints, never offer to resolve. I tried first to deal direct with them as they request, but they don't respond.           SCAM  SCAM SCAM  FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD  DISCRIMINATION DISCRIMINATION   TARGET WOMEN AND SENIOR CITIZENS!!!   HELP US SOMEONE, SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN.    They have lots of complaints out there, and all sound the same as mine, and their responses are canned, fill in the blanks using your name.
