This also explains why packages will be delivered to your address, as you can see most of our clients are

will be on different names. I will be notifying you about the incoming packages packages minimum 1 day
beforehand, sometimes you will be receiving packages without my notification (in this case you need to
provide me with all the information about the package: tracking number, content, weight). Some packages

Everything sound very far. So why not I agree to sign the agreement. This is the email that she send me.

You can see that our company takes a role of a middleman between

merchants and customers. We simply occupied this part of marked where

some vendors can't or don't ship abroad,

or customers can't order items, because some of them don't know

english, and we do the purchases for them, and do in best possible way. And it is less expensive to have

self-organized net of workers, who can work from home, provide best service at

their own convenience, instead of renting hangars for the packages, vehicles,

drivers, for example I work from home during weekends to make some extra coin,

you can request more packages to make more commissions, there are always lots

of orders, by working this way we can spend our time with best efficiency,

working full-time or part-time, according to our own schedule.

Please find attached .pdf document "t.d", no need to sign it, just read

it as it defines key duties of this position.

Attached the paperwork "tan" to this Email.

This is the Agreement you need to read. If you have questions then

Email it to me, if not, then:

1. Print it.

2. Fill it out and sign with the pen.

3. Scan all pages of filled and signed agreement, scan your ID or DL or Passport (you can black out digits) if you

have no scanner, you can make a photos of papers and ID/DL with your

   digital camera or cell-phone.

4 Send scans or photos via Email to my current email address. The

“subject” of Email put Signed Agreement. Please do not fax the papers, because fax does not provide good

quality for such a delicate paperwork.

Ok No problem, didn't find nothing wrong with that I proceed to send my DL id picture and my address phone and the Agreement document.

The Agreement Document Number 2 is this one:

Agreement
Trial Period
This outline specifies:
Purpose:
- The considerations surrounding an employee's trial period.
- The supervisor's responsibility to provide guidance and assess employees' performance and conduct during the period.
- The criteria for termination of probationary or trial employees.
- The reporting procedures: Trial Period Report
The trial period is the final, most policy significant step in the hiring process for new employees. It is the
policy of the company to use the trial period as an opportunity to train new employees in job responsibilities; observe
on-the-job conduct and performance to determine suitability; retain employees whose performance and conduct is fully
acceptable; separate, without undue formality, those employees whose performance or conduct is deficient after the
trial period; document the Company's recommendation for retention or separation on the Trial Period Form.
Trial periods are periods of time during which employees' conduct and performance is evaluated. They serve
as an opportunity for new employees to prove fitness for the job and for the Company to evaluate employees' suitability
for the position.
It is the responsibility of supervisors to ensure that employees have every reasonable opportunity to achieve
success on the job. Specifically, supervisors should:
1. Notify employees of the probationary/trial period requirements during the first week of employment.
2. Inform employees of job expectations in both performance and conduct. Employees must be provided
performance standards, information on working policies and procedures, and guidelines on employee responsibilities
and conduct. Performance standards should be discussed with employees to ensure that they understand the duties,
responsibilities, and expectations associated with the job.
3. Counsel and provide feedback concerning performance and conduct to employees on a regular basis. It is
crucial that employees know how and where they are or are not meeting expectations. If a performance or conduct
problem becomes apparent, supervisors should provide training or assistance to remedy the situation, as appropriate.
4. Gather documentation throughout employees' trial periods reflecting both good and bad performance and
conduct. Document offers of assistance, guidance, and training which show the supervisor provided the employee an
opportunity to demonstrate acceptable performance.
Termination:
If for any personal reason employee wants to terminate his trial, he must give 2 weeks prior notice to his
supervisor. In this case, all orders must be processed within this period of time. And 2 weeks after the notification
about leaving the position, employment will be terminated. Part of monthly salary (depends on number of days) and
commissions for processed orders will be paid if termination of employment made according to agreement.
Generally, a request for action to terminate should be supported by documentation making it clear that the
employee received a "fair trial". The documentation should specifically and in detail state:
1. How the employee was made aware of the performance/conduct expectations in question;
2. Guidance and training given to the employee;
3. Counseling given to the employee regarding specific conduct and/or performance deficiencies;
4. Opportunities for improvement given to the employee;
5. Details regarding the performance/conduct deficiencies.
The trial period will be for four weeks starting from the commencement date (first successfully processed order).

Reporting procedures:
Trial Period Report
General
Trial Period Form is used to document new employees' performance and conduct and the Company's
recommendation for retention or separation. It is important to recognize that any separation action is not dependent
upon the completion of the form Requests to separate employees may be made at any point in the trial period.
The supervisor will, not earlier than the 3th week but no later than the 5th week of the trial period, complete the Trial
Period Form (evaluation) and forward it to the reviewing official. Once the reviewing official has signed the form, the
rating supervisor will: If the report is satisfactory, discuss it with the employee and forward it to the appropriate
custodian of the Employee Performance File (EPF).
If the report recommends separation of the employee, contact the Personnel Division, for further guidance.
Continue to observe the employee's performance and report any significant change which would affect the appraisal or
the recommendation for retention or separation to Personnel Division before the end of the trial period. The reviewing
official will review the supervisor's evaluation and recommendation, make any additional comments, resolve any
difference of opinion with the supervisor, sign the report, and return it to the rating supervisor. The EPF custodian will

Boise, ID, 83702, US

Started to get doubt about it. I look in Google and saw a scam company with the same proposition on payments. So I ask her for her ID:

Ms. Perry,

can you send me an id of you or a picture with your cell phone of today's date?
Also I saw a picture of the location of Tan Logistic and you send me a picture of your office location?
Can you provide me with a US Cell Phone number? When would I receive the pre-payment to complete the order?

Can you call me on the phone?

She Respond to me:

What pre-payment you are talking about? Did you read any of my emails? You signed up for position and you don't know what you are supposed to do?

You are NOT supposed to pay for transportation, you will NOT be working with money.

You will be given PREPAID by buyer shipping label. You'll need to

print out and put it on the package in order to forward the package when you receive it.

I will be giving you VERY detailed instructions on how to process the packages.Everyone understands but you. You are not supposed to pay for transportation, you will not be paying for transportation, because company pays for transportation.

Please understand that you and I will be working with large number of packages on daily basis. And you are not the only assistant I'm working with. So you must learn quick, you must understand the process. If you don't understand something - read my previous Emails and if you don't find an answer, please email to me. Please not that this is your trial and I don't like when people ask questions which I already answered. Usually I do not answer phone calls, with more than 150 packages per day, my head will blow up..I'm here almost 24\7 so you can always email to me, this way I can organize my work, later I will provide you with my personal phone number but only for super emergencies, unfortunately my previous experience shows that there is always an emergency, and people start calling for nothing, can you imagine more than 80 employees start calling you?.. After trial and promotion (if you will be working hard) you will become a manager as I am, you will know what I'm talking about ) You can always let me know if you need to talk to someone - you will be contacted by one of our phone managers. Or numbers are on our web-site, but have patience, it might be overloaded. Or as well in cases of emergencies - you will be contacted via phone by other managers or me.

I'm kindly asking you, if you have questions, please make a list and Email it to me, I'll answer in details as soon as I get to it. I hope you understand.

Best regards

You might think I did not understood what she say or the documents or anything but this attitude and unethical way to procceed make me very angry. That is not the way to respond and this is the way I proceed:

Ms. Perry,

Your attitude is very inappropriate. I read your emails and I understood everything. I have to pay for transportation to get to the post office to send the packages that was the question yes or no and if I am not you never say HOOOOWWW I will get paid for transportation as you say the business arrrange that for me. I have an Associate and I am a very hard worker and I know exactly what to do already as you previously explained and I am smart enough to get the message.

As the contract say that the business would arrange payment for transportation, that is why I ask.  If you ask me that way as You signed up for position and you don't know what you are supposed to do? you are talking to me like I am an ignorant and for that reason you may give the job to someone else because nobody would be as efficient as I am in your business and believe me I get any job done.

If you have so much employees and packages and you can't handle the emails, I completely see how your auto-responder works. Through the whole first 4 or 5 emails you did not send anything it was just an automatic system as an Aweber working for you or any other else. You taking care of emails of products send or not it is your job to treat Employees with respect because I know exactly how those questions sound.

Thanks for proving your identity,

New Employee

She get out of control and their is where you can see the scam. A reputation of their business if they say they have it and is true, she would never talk or say anything like that to anybody even working under pressure.

New Employee,

It is also written in the agreement that you are NOT supposed to pay for the transportation, and company can't ask you to pay for the transportation. You are writing many smart words. But you are not reading what I'm saying. And yes, I'm starting to think that you are ignorant. If you an I are going to work together, you need to pay more attention to what I'm saying. No one is forcing you to work here. This is your trial and this is a bad start, because I see that you didn't read anything I wrote.

I respond to her like this:

Ms. Perry,

I read everything you wrote and you are extremely disrespectful.  YOU NEVER SAY HOW THEY WOULD PAY!!!! would they send it to my PayPal? the question is obvious which it does not say in the agreement.
"The Company would arrange the payments of transportation when you receive the package by sending it to the preference payment method you select to be paid". That doesn't sound stupid and is a complete sentence easy to submit when someone ask you something relevant to this manner "transportation".

I don't work with a Team Member like you and I never will.

Your attitude is disgusting.
Enjoy your day and do not reply any more because I am putting this in my blog about your company and believe me it would be very in the top of Google and if not I make sure I promoted to the fullest so they would know who they are dealing with. Do not send me anything and with this letter I am cancelling my agreement even before we begin the madness.

Truly,
Me,

You can see that in the emails she do not specify in the TRIAL that is going to be monthly but in the contract they put yes so if you don't read you trap and then you get no money and you spend money from your pocket very sure to get it done as they are not going to give you no cash for anything.

Then the threat begin to come out of her mouth showing the real team they have:

New Employee,

If you use my name, ID or name of the company I report to your local police authorities for falsification of the information plus our correspondence is considered confidential. You have failed the trial because of lack of professionalism and education, and now you are going to lie about the company. With attitude like that you will never find a good job. I'm reporting to carrierbuilder.com about your candidature. You can post anything you want, I'm sure smart and professional people don't even know about your blog, they live happy lives and do their best every day, instead of complaining and justifying their own mistakes by blaming others. But if I find my name any where on the internet - I'm reporting to police. We are making money here, you will never find a good job with an attitude like that. By hiring you I put my head on the line, that is why I'm glad that you showed your "real face" before letting me down, I thank you for that.

No need to reply.

Of course I won't reply.

I am sorry to all the Ripoff Members for this report is the terrible you have seeing but I have no time other than  to copy and paste and add only a couple of sentence.
