I have been using www.tapjoy.com as a way to earn crystals to use in a game: Juggernaut: The Revenge of the Sovering. At first they did credit my Juggernaut account appropriately but the more I earned, the less the credits would show up. When they do show up they disappear just as quickly.

So when I write Tapjoy about this they show me a statement that says yes we did credit your account. Of course they don't show that they disappeared. As of yesterday I have eleven instances of them not delivering what they promised. I have yet to be credited any crystals that I have complained of not receiving. This is very irritating.

I'm sure the companies that use Tapjoy would love to know how shady they really are. Tapjoy is ruining the reputation of all the sites that use them to help their gamers earn things to play their games.

In response to your rebuttal Saad here are the main ticket numbers that I was given.
Ticket # 405022, 4214413 and 4224981. Regarding ticket #4214413, I wrote quite a long inquiry that involved 9 different app down loads because I did not want to waste my time writing 9 individual complaints. These handle all the credits I wrote about. I hope this resolves this matter quickly. I have already contacted the app's customer service about this previously and I am waiting to hear back from them.

HI Mary,

My name is Saad and  I work for Tapjoy.  I am sorry you are having issues with your credits. Let me clear up what is happening. Tapjoy provides the Offerwall in an app from which a customer takes offers to get credits toward the app. Tapjoy will deliver those credits to the customers app up on successful completion of the offer.

What you are experiencing is that that after Tapjoy delivers the credit, they disappear, that is an in-app issue and you need to reach out to the developers of the app to see why this is happened, the app is not owned by Tapjoy, it the app developer that owns it.

There several reasons why credits may not show up. I assume from your statement you have reached Tapjoy CS. Can you please send me the ticket numbers you created so I can investigate what is going and get you a resolution ASAP. Please me this info via email to skhan@tapjoy.com.
