Taras Kuzyshyn Haroldwren Scammer, Thief, Ukrainian internet mail order scammer. Ebay scammer, Item not received scam ivano-frankoskv somewhere in the Ukraine Internet

We got scammed by a dude named Taras last name of Kuzyshyn also calling himself haroldwren a couple months back. He purchased 75 bucks US$ in silver coins and told ebay that he never got them which is the item not recieved claim classic scam.

Because of the way the american post office has international shipping set up there is not a way to actually prove that he did get them because when we printed an ebay shipping label it doesn't give us international confirmation of actual delivery of the item  only confirmation that it was tracked and shipped to the US border. The scammer takes advantage of a weak link in ebay's armor. Even though we bought the $8.99 dollar tracked shipping on a $75 dollar item we don't get signature confirmation or even tracking that really works. The tracking stops working as soon as the parcel leaves any particular USA Port of Call or customs house like Miami or Chicago.

We can't do anything about it because he is still scamming and spamming on a daily basis. Then after we were forced to refund dude's money he then left bad feedback for us just to add insult to injury.  We looked this guy up and found him on ripoffreport and a couple of other scammer sites and thought we would join in to try to get em shutdown asap.

Because he stole the last of our money when we were really broke we had to cancel an important doctors appointment for my wife's arthritis because we could not afford the $25 copay or her prescription for her anti inflammatory medications. It really is difficult to be poor when a scammer gets the very last of your money that you worked a dozen hours to get. 

It is best to forgive so we do forgive Taras, but we really feel like we probably deserve better from our Ebay buyer protection program.

Some people have asked me why we didnt use Fedex or priority express international mail and the reason is because it costs a minimum of $45 dollars in actual shipping costs  just to use any signature confirmation service overseas on any size package even as small as 1 standard US 28 gram ounce.  This isn't China where the government pays for any shipping costs to the US just to help put already weakened US industrial manufacturers out of business.

Name of Scammer Taras Kuzyshyn, This individual likes shiny silver coins but doesn't like to pay for them.

His screen name on ebay in case you didn't read above is Haroldwren. Dude is from somewhere in the Ukraine Ivano Frank???

The bad part is this dude doesn't even speak English so this probably won't do any good at all.
