targetaudience.com they said they would email 1,000,0000 emails to the target of my choice for 99 dollars and that out of that 10,000 will open up my email I have a website and track visits and had only 11 visits with n , Internet

what a scam they advertise on www.targetaudienceonline.com that they have this blow out sale they would email out for you the email of your choice just put it on there platform using there servers 1,000,000 emails for99$. my email directed them right into my website that has website tracking and in the last 3 days i had only 11 visits that probally half were mine. when you first call they say at least 10,000 will open up the emails .if they would of open it i would of had tracking. than they say you are being recorded .do you understand that there is no refunds and of course i should of went with my gut feelingbut the fast talking rep said they had great sucess
