This company or whatever phishing scam they are, has ignored our previous request to stop using our registered trade mark  "killer IRS"  This trade mark is clearly labeled on our site and we had asked them to look it up on the u.s. gov. trademark website to varify ownership. We have never heard from them.  We can understand.
The site attempts to lure unsuspecting people with tax problems to contact them, even though they make no reference to any licensed professionals that run the company. It is our guess that they sell the contacts to CPA's, and enrolled agents as "valid" leads. Either way, they are in strict violation of our federal trade mark.
We have contacted Google concerning their violation of Google's guidelines and policies for paid ads.
