TAX HAWK FREE TAX USA dID NOT COMPLETE THE STATE RETURN AS REQUIRED BY THE STATE PROVO Utah

I completed the tax return and could not  review the return untilI paid the fee and then discovered they did not coplete the return as required. michigan requires a federal copy of certain forms and they did not comply. it is set up so you cannot pront anything even if you pay and want to reiew and send in yourself. i did not want to efile but they give you no choice.. along with that the customer support is the worst. there is no way to contat them by phone and the email does not get answered. I sent 4 emails asking them to address the problem but 3 days later, no response. I do get reminders that the tax return needs to be filed.. The IRS needs to know TAX FREE is not living up to the rules. I am a former H&R tax person and I know they need to follow the rules. The biggest rip-off is the customer support.
