They sold me a car they knew was a piece of junk. When I got the car home I noticed pieces were missing and I called for the piece after going back and forth they supplied me with the wrong piece. The car has cost me over $300 and it still has yet to run. I have driven the car a total of 5 days since purchase and I am still paying a car not and insurance. The car now has a computer issue that their mechanic was supposed to have taken care of originally but didn't. I asked them to get him to fix it since he neglected to do so in terms first place but they wanted me to pay. Then they was like oh we will pay for the towing. The car still needs $500 more worth of work before it can be driven.

I found out that my car has been repaired just like they promised but the financial company is refusing to give it back. I don't know who contacted me from Taylors but this gentleman was extremely nice and trying to help me get my car. I want to thank Rip off report for helping me. If this website didn't exist I would have been screwed.

Taylors Car connection is a lemon shop. I was forced by Damien to file a rebuttal in order to get my car fixed. I payed to get my car towed to his mechanic and they have had the car over 2 months and still nothing. He claimed that the computer needed to be sent off and fixed but that was a lie. He never did anything to the car and after the rebuttal he stopped taking my phone calls. I called the financial company Peoples but they acted lie they was helping but didn't. They got the car and said they can't say that it is fixed. So not only am I out my down payment but the car notes that were paid and the insurance that was paid. Run if you see this lot or them. They appear to be all nice and friendly but will rip you off with the lemons. I am going to seek an attorney to sue for my money and I will make sure they rip off anyone else.

We take the quality of our cars very seriously, in-fact we drive our vehicles an average of over hundred miles before we sell them. We would never intentionally sell a vehicle with a major mechanical issue. However most of our vehicles come from the auction and there is no way for us to make them perfect or to predict when an issue may occur.
We explain to all our customers in detail, that they are buying a used vehicle, and we are selling that vehicle “AS IS” with an option of purchasing a warranty through an outside company. A six months warranty would have cost Ms. Davis $200.00. These terms were fully explained to Ms. Davis before she purchased her vehicle. She declined the warranty, stating that she had a side mechanic who could take care of all the mechanical needs.
Ms. Davis purchased the vehicle on 4-14-16. During the mid part of May, Ms. Davis contacted us stating that after allowing her “Side Mechanic” to tune up her vehicle and to replace an air filter, the vehicle would no longer run correctly and that we should fix the vehicle for her. We explained that without knowing what the problem was, it would be impossible to commit to any type of repairs until our mechanic properly diagnosed any problems. She stated that she was afraid to drive the vehicle to our mechanic. We agreed to pay half of the towing bill to get this vehicle to our mechanic.
We are extremely skeptical in the case. Ms. Davis, with her on words, confirmed that the vehicle was fine up until the point her mechanic worked on the vehicle. Still, we are willing to assist her with the repairs.

I paid to get the car towed to one of their mechanics and they have been working to get the car fixed. I can say that he apologized to me cause he saw what I was saying about the car from the beginning. He now knows what trouble I have been having since purchasing the car. I am still without a car and still responsible for a car note and insurance but hopefully I will be riding soon. All I can do is wait.
