TCA Fulfillment Services Ripoff Denied Rebate - said receipt was invalid New Rochelle New York

TCA Fulfillment Services has done everything to appear as a shady outfit. I bought 3 books (Excel Hacks, Windows XP Hacks, and the "Missing" Windows XP Manual) at Fry's Electronics and received a rebate slip for all 3 books. The store furnished me with fully detailed rebate receipt print-outs that were designed to accompany the rebate request.

After completing the rebates as instructed and double checking the details, I sent them in and later received three emails saying: "Thank you for participating in our rebate promotion.
Your rebate submission has been received. Unfortunately your rebate is denied for the following reasons:
STORE RECEIPT NOT SUBMITTED
INVALID INCOMPLETE OR ALTERED RECEIPT"

After making several phone calls to TCA Fulfillment and waiting on hold for a total of well over thirty minutes, I gave up trying to contact them about the rebate denials.
