On August 20th i went in to the TD BANK to make an early visa payment, and i also had a concern/question to ask regarding the visa account.Myself and a assistant manager and the manager, were discussing my question /concern in one of the second floor offices. After approximately 20 minutes we could not come to an agreement on my concerns, so he asked me to leave the bank and or else he would call authorities.As i went to leave the bank, i noticed the teller i initially gave the money to for the visa card(pre-paid) He angrily shouted you will not be talking to anyone and you will leave this bank or else i will call police.As i went to go by him , he physically forcefully anf angrily threw me off the 2nd floor down to the main floor of the bank!! And i am a very disabled and ill and in no way threaten or have any intention of harming anyone.So when i was grabbed forcefully and thrown down the stairs, i had no defense or forewarning of this managers rage that afternoon.So i was viciously assaulted and thrown out to the street by the manager and left there like a criminal or robber?/(i went in to pay money) and i leaver the bank in an ambulance, an have suffered massive briusing and lacerations amongst my upper body and some lower body injuries too.He told the police i was the aggressor, and the police believed him and actually said he saw the video footage of the assault and it showed i was the aggressor?? How could that be when i was the victim and how could you view bank surviellance in only one minute after arriving on scene?? So i asked hime 2-3 more times, did you see the video footage, he again said yes he did and that i had nothing to say and no i could not press charges.Then he slammed the ambulance door , and i was taken to emergency.Then the bank tried to offer me and did deposit 100$ to make me forget i was assaulted.Then i went home after and all my injuries came to light.Massive bruising badly injured back and shoulder,etc. I reported the incident faster than the manager did, he was trying to ignore and put all the trouble onto me?? So yes i need to get this out to others , because i was a loyal paying customer and now am left badly scarred and left having to go thru police complaint and whatever else to get the video footage shown so that the truth can be seen.

Alvin Leung at a TD BRANCH in downtown Vancouver, assaults and viciously injured a account holder after he SNAPS IN A FIT OF RAGE!! Customer taken to emergency and files claim of harm/injury on Alvin Leung the BANK MANAGER, ALSO THE CUSTOMER HAS TO FILE POLICE COMPLAINT CLAIM ALSO.  YES I NEED HELP IN GETTING THE VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM BANK SURVIELLANCE, IT WILL PROVE HE SNAPPED IN A FIT OF RAGE(ALVIN LEUNG) TD BANK MANAGER AT 450 MAIN ST
