The company TD Miller Group, which stated had offices in Ontario, Canada, Buffalo, NY you and Kentucky and one more state I don't remember gets you loans, then informs you since this is unsecured loan you need a disability insurance policy which you must pay for up front, but as long as payments are made in a timely fashion, in 90 days you will receive that money back.  We applied for a $5000.00 loan, but in order to help us offset the amount that we would send them, she moved the loan to $6000.00.  We sent them $680 for insurance but went to Western Union and since money was going to Canada, it would cost us $738.  We sent money and was told the money would be deposted the same day in the amount of $6000.00 this was on 6/1/13.  Money was not deposited and was told to call them first thing Monday morning 6/3/13 and this would be straightened out.  Called on 6/3/13 and Manager Chris Mullan informs me that lender wants another $300 but he could talk them into $200, would need to send that money and if we wanted the lender would now loan us $10,000.00.  I told him no more money would be sent and we wanted a refund of the $738 to be wired to our bank today.  Stated it would take us 4-6 weeks to receive refund.  We have yet received this money.  I filed a claim with the OH State Attorney Generals office, and tried to do the same with the State of New York, but I never had a physical address for them.  Please do not fall for this scam, their phone has been disconnected and you cannot send email to them.
