Teachers R US I paid for my fingerprint and background check. Company took fees out of pay and refused to reimburst. Atlanta Georgia

I worked for Teachers R US starting 10/13/2014 signed contract for $10.00 per hr by Mr. Hart.

I was paid $9.00 per hr and I called Mr. Hart and informed him about the discrepancy. He had

my University's transcript for my Masters Degree. Ms. Bryant the owner disregarded my signed

contract and initiated a new contract for 11/13/2014 at $10.50 hr. I did not sign that contract.

My pay increased to $10.00 per hr after 11/13/2014.  I got $12 total for back pay.

I was informed to get my finger print and background check completed within 3 months of hire.

I got an information Email from Teachers R US about fingerprint locations. I paid $52.75 for

finger print processing to Bright from the Start. Teachers R US deducted a fee of $52.50 from my

pay. I informed Teachers R US about the $52.75 I paid for my fingerprint processing. I was informed

that I would not be reimbursed the $52.50 deducted from my pay.

I understand that this company is not a member of Better Business Bureau. I just want to inform

future employees of my circumstances. I have proof to confirm my communication with TRU.

This is not a threat of defamation of character. I consider this unethical business practice.  I

do not endorse any company practicing unethical business behavior.
