The lie,lie,lie. They need to shut down....Don't buy from them know matter how cute the puppy is. Take it from someone who has suffered intense heartache for letting my heart lead the way.

The report claims that so many of our puppies arrive sick, and that we "pretend" we are vets and use extreme medications on them without considering the long term effects. It also claims that our puppies turn up with genetic defects within 8 to 10 months. Not only is this the most ridiculous set of accusations I have ever heard, but this also isn't information that a true customer would have any knowledge of. This is not a game of pretend. We take the health of our puppies very seriously here. Upon arrival, our puppies are not handled by customers.
In fact, they are only handled by our vet techs until deemed perfectly healthy and fit for sale by our veterinarian. No "extreme" medications are administered here, and all health related matters are handled in only the way that our licensed veterinarian sees fit. As for the accusation of genetic health defects arising 8 to 10 months later... This is not typical, but even if it were the case, these puppies would still be covered under our health guarantee.
The person who submitted this report did not say my puppy ended up with a genetic defect. They said so many of their puppies end up with genetic defects. Again, this isnt information that a true customer would have any knowledge of. We provide the best customer service possible. Our customers have 24 hour access to us on our own personal cell phones and are actually encouraged (during their 45 minute orientation) to contact us if they have any questions or concerns regarding the health of their puppy.
I am appalled that such a report would even be allowed to be posted, as the guidelines clearly state to leave trivial statements out. This report contains nothing but trivial statements and opinions. There are no facts. It is very difficult to respond accordingly to an unhappy customer who has not provided us with any information at all in regards to his or her own personal experience. This doesnt sound like a customer to me. It sounds more like a competitor or disgruntled employee attempting to tarnish our reputation
