 I was told by team Lear that I would receive the foreclosed listings shortly after doing the bpos and paid the $449 by check or debit card. Did everything and tried to contact Shelly Peterson about a month later and only customer service to leave message. Total scam and my bank cannot get the cash back for me because I authorized it by check. Beware these asset mgmt companies are all over the U S I dealt with another one in Chicago as well no more for me!!!

Team Lear Shelly They called me, and seemed legitimate. They explained that if I paid $440 that I would be receiving listings on pre foreclosures. Since I have been an asset manager, some of the acronyms they were using were accurate, and I didn't realize they were just scamming me out of First money, and my time to do 3 extensive BPO's. I spent 2 days providing extensive photo's and criteria regarding the properties. Denver Colorado

Team Lear REO PRO These folks are total scam trolling through real estate sites like Realtor.com and professional member sites like REO Netowork to make their scam calls claiming to offer REO listings for an upfront fee. Every 6 months or so they change their name and location but it's all the same rip off offering a service that does not exist. 100% NOT LEGIT. Denver Colorado

Team Lear LDG Walter Prescott They offer an REO property and ask me to do BPO as well as inform if the property was vacant. They also asked for $499.00 refundable fee at closing for asset management. I completed all the task online and tried to contact the Mr. Prescott as well as billing dept and customer service and they did not respond. I then called the bank and I am on the process of submitting fraud charges to get my money back. Denver Colorado
