Caution: Do not perform any services for Technician Deployment Services, techniciandeployment.com. The fraudulent, falsifying liar "Chuck Adams" (aka, Charles Johnson) is the rep for the company. The company has been delinquent in reporting annually to the Secretary of State for Colorado. Administratively, the company is closed. Chuck reflects an existing corporation that is operating as a sole proprietorship. Both the trade name, corporation organization documents he filed with CO contain false, impartial informatation which is not legal in CO.

The deal started out as a demand for computer programming, high quality results, a master of programming, a highly proficient programmer. Chuck requested the hourly rate. The rate is replied to him. Then the hourly rate was stated on the NDA the programmer must submit to the company secretary/clerk. Chuck's company TDS now knows exactly how much the hourly rate will be charged. He immediately demanded that you start ASAP, fast fires specificatons at you. He was informed that the amount of work he had demanded was "very significant".  He never asked for an estimate or quote. He stated the work has to be completed by the following Friday. Later, he changed the deadline twice. There was no way to quantify or estimate the work because it involved a lot of unknowns, custom decisions to made by Chuck later.

The work was performed as exactly specified, was done as an emergency service. In the middle and at the end of the work, Chuck requested the number of hours accumulated, fully knowing the hourly rate. No complaints of significance are declared by Chuck about the quality or quantity of the finished product or the amount due. He approved it for payment.

Then the song and dance began with lies, oddities, excuses, illegal modification of the agreement terms "after" work was done to devalue it and cut the payment due. He initially stated that he (not worded as 'the company', but, aboout 'him') always pays the contractors by direct deposit the next Friday after approval of the work. Chuck refused to pay using this method after he has collected the account information. He changed the terms of the agreement after the work was done, approved attempting to reduce what he owes. He wrote "My company's CTO is angry that you are charging that much. I'm considering not paying you at all. I convinced the CTO to pay you in delayed payments. My company's "billing" department is deciding a lesser amout to pay. My secretary Khasha has been let go."

Khasha the secretary/clerk, to whom my invoices were sent, who was to send the single direct deposit payment, has been with the company since 2011. Suddenly she is fired in the same hour my payment for my services is to be paid!

Chuck kept saying "billing" would be sending me payments. In business, the word "billing" always refers to "Accounts Receivable", incoming revenue (amounts to be collected by TDS from customers). I'm a TDS vendor not a customer. "Accounts Payable" refers to amouts a company owes to other entities charging TDS, vendors. Chuck kept saying his company's accounts receivable department would pay me. The man doesn't know much about accounting procedures.

No payments have been received of any kind. Chuck sends email messages "the checks are in the mail". He was told to pay by what was agreed, direct deposit or PayPal.  Still, no payments. I have been robbed. Check has breached the agreement in several ways. He tells lies. "We acquire hospitals." is the big one. His closed company sends contractors to teenie tiny animal hospitals to do networking servicses, but, in the common business sense Chucks fraudulent outfit does not acquire hospitals.

No payment is expected. But, a court hearing will take place. I always win in court.
