Techon Digital Scam and VERY RUDE BROOKLYN NEW YORK

We purchased a camcorder from TECHON DIGITAL. They have a 21 day return policy so I called them to asked them for an RA# AND Jeff Olsen completley got rude with my wife. Then I got on the telephone and asked him to speak to a supervisor and he refused TO PASS me to supevisor or give me a supervisor's name. The way he tried to help us was by trying to sell us another camcorder and we refused. So, Finally I called back and the same guy picked up and he said if we want to return it that we will have to send them a 98.99 money order and then they would refund our credit card. I asked him why don't you just deduct the difference from the balance and he said that their policy was for the customer to send a money order for the stocking fee and then they would refund us. I never heard of such a thing.
