advised me that a "trojan" virus was on my computer and that it was infecting my use of the Roku & therefore I needed a "support system" for $99.99 yearly or $1500.99 for so may years (don't remember). And they got me, I paid $600.99 for protecting of my computer/ Not sure where - 877 area code is not assigned to,

I had a problem setting up my Roku and TechRoger's number came up on a Google search for help with Roku. A man named "Bob" helped me by having me allow him to gain access to my computer by my downloading an application called "TeamView". After he had gotten into my computer, he actually fixed the problem I was having with Roku but he also found a very "serious" problem. According to Bob, 2 servers had hacked into my home network and could access all the information on the computers in the network.

He said that TechRoger could get rid of this problem and guaranty no further intrusion for 3 years for $750.95. I told him that I wasn't prepared to commit myself to spending $9500 at this time so he gave me $779.99 and (stupid me), I believed him and paid him the $789.99, According to Roku, this is a scam and I have filed a report with my bank, in hopes of getting my money back. Once I had this done, I received so many popups and "crazy information" on my computer that I had to reboot my computer, and I deleted the information he had given me.

Dear Friends,

I want to share some words to all who are reported on ripoffreport. I had seen then same customer Laura put the bad review against techroger and then after some day she again put the second review against same company. I am shoked when i saw the review because laura blamed techroger to scam her may be this was happen but when i saw the price she mentioned in this review ...This is not possible at all nobody ask $1500.99 and spend $9500.

Nobody ask 1500 to fix roku issue and nobody can spend 9500 with same company with same issues. This is totaly fake and getting there reputation down.

This is status: look at this once how this is possible:
