Joseph Bernside came to our home and gave us a quote for 4 cameras High End 1080 and a recorder NVR. We agreed on a price, he then asked for ALL the moneys up front, i said NO, but gave him a check for half, he was to begin that weekend, but the equipment order came in late and he couldn't start till the following week, ok. Then his son broke arm, ok. Then they sent wrong equipment and over charged his personal bank. I hired TechSys, Joseph Bernside April 14,2015 and today I still have holes in my walls and bares All over my floors. I have called Joseph Bernside many time and left v.mess and text messages and NO return calls or text, I have hired a New Securtity Company and they have stated that the equiment i purchased is the epuiment he installed. Hired TechSysTechnology Services, Joseph Bernisde license # b19188, on April 14,2015.  Joseph asked for All the moneys up front, i said no and gave him half in form of a check.  Many, many excuses started after that, family, equipment, other jobs commetments and very odd hours of operation. Joseph also asked for 2 more cash advancements of $200.00 total $700.00.  As of today 5-5-2015 i have holes in my walls, bare wires every where and not one working camera.

Joseph Bernside has not return any of my calls or text message i have left for him.  I have now hired another security company to redue the mess he had created and will now seak a full reimburshment and damages.  Pleass be aware and do your home work before hiring anybody.
