TELACU WOO h*o Telacu's calling it Quits with HACLA North Hollywood, California

Stupid me for thinking I could force them to spend OUR MONEY on US. The delusional manager here has put several 3 day or quit notices on my door, and I only complained that she was harassing me, as she was.  Her goal is for each tenant to bow before her.  She was told by Walter Maynard (just left HACLA to join TELACU because of yet another investigation, as I am trying to let it be known that TELACU IS ACTING for HACLA in my building.) to not come into my apartment or speak to me.  Tina Booth (just skipped over to LOMOD from HACLA) told her the same.  I was never worried about those unfounded threats, but I should have done MORE TO STOP IT!  

A person here threatened to kill me in front of a sec. guard and he did NOTHING.  I jumped in my car and left.  Next morning, he tells me he wrote up an incident report and it's 'in my folder'.  When I asked the person in the front office to see it, she said the only one who could show it to me was SANDRA...  living nightmare!!!  I had to come back later, I wanted to see it because I was curious WHAT he could have to say about it?  I didn't do anything but take the threats and drive off. 

I followed her in the office when I saw her go in and I asked in a neutral tone to see the report. GET READY FOR MAJOR STUPID:   She said I couldn't see it because it was "A CLASSIFIED DOCUMENT".  Think she has delusions of grandeur?  I told her about the freedom of information act and I'm wondering why an employee from a management company keeps a personal file on me in the first place.  When this was ALL HACLA, we had all gov't employees and this was really a nice place to live. 

TELACU was given their contract from Rudy Montiel, and remained as the top of the pile of crap. Just because Montiel was gone (with a slap on the wrist, so what's up with Controller Wendy Gruel?  She did not charge them with the mega crimes they committed.  You can check out a series from KCET about it on their SoCal Connected site, lists names, how much was spent and where it was spent... NO CHARGES?  Buh bye, here's $1.2 million hush money, as many were left behind including his 'final solution' to squeeze the rest of the dough, and that was TELACU.  I have complaints as responses to articles all over the web, hoping somebody would pay attention.

Who paid attention?  The DEADLY TRIO (HACLA, LOMOD and TELACU)  they are all one and the same blob of criminals.  This new investigation is a joke, they never mention TELACU even though I keep telling them, if they REALLY CARED, they would find that multi-billion dollar TELACU is the sole NON-PROFIT (WOW) corporation responsible for my property.  

On Oct. 31, is when I asked to see the report in my file.  She started yelling at me (like always, we are HER bad children) while I was explaining that I had the right to see everything in my file.  Still facing me, she forced me to walk backward, I am 4'11" she is about 5'6" or taller and is hefty.  Then She ORDERED ME into HER office (everything is hers) and THEN we could talk about it.  Then I spotted who I believe is one of her bosses, so I wanted to point out what she just did, change the story if I agree to kiss her butt.  She kept talking over me, not wanting me to say it and started yelling at me to "SHUT UP AND GET OUT" as I walked backward, her towering over me in a threatening posture, well inside my 'body space'... she kept it up until I was in the doorway to the hall, and she was really scaring me.  

To change the mood, my silly sense of humor that people don't 'get' because they are so serious about everything, I made a 'gesture' with my hand and said "I see you grew a pair", my hand in a place where testicles would be if she had them.  Therefore, I didn't touch her at all.  She started screaming at the top of her lungs that I touched her. I was taken aback and said "I didn't touch you"... in a kind of WTF tone.  So I left to go back to my apartment.  All of this chaos was started by HER,  ALL OF IT.  I got home and someone was at the door.  I was being ARRESTED!  A senior/handicapped!  I was held in lockdown at the police jail waiting for arraignment, my paper only said 'battery', I had no idea what the details were, the police couldn't be nasty they were too busy laughing and also saying things like 'WTF' and 'NO WAY'.  

I think I was in lockdown because they thought I needed to be protected against the others, so I was tortured for 3 long days and 2 nights without anyone to talk to.  I was finally taken to the arraignment court, after a long wait, 6 of us were called and told we were going home and giving us our property, and again, these sheriffs were like "OMG" reading whatever those details were.

She actually said "SHE GRABBED MY VAGINA"... what sicko would even think of such a thing!  Then when I got home I was slapped with a temporary restraining order.  It said the same thing but much more insanity!  She feared for her safely because I will hurt her for having me arrested.  Then she said she was 'afraid I would sexually molest her again'... WOW!  This is one sick chick. 

No criminal charges filed against me, and I won in court, not only did she not get her restraining order, but got a 15 minute lecture on The First Amendment and freedom of speech and expression.. THE LAW OF THE LAND.  Did she even go to high school?  

I get a letter from Walter Maynard (who knows me for a long time, but is now a TELACU traitor) telling me that they are returning my November rent with a check cut from their account.  

They are going to evict me, but I haven't received any word about it, nor have I received a rent statement.  This eviction is all about THIS RIGHT HERE... telling the truth about how they are slumlords and thieves.  IT IS TRUE!  YOU KNOW, I KNOW AND COUNTLESS OTHERS KNOW.  

They knew they were leaving, but managed to fast talk us into a 'project based section 8 voucher' and I don't think anyone actually realized what that meant.  But I will be told by a court that it's my fault for not reading it more carefully before signing, but I DID get a rush act to sign.  So there went our personal section 8 vouchers so I have lost the freedom to move.  They refuse to return it.  They are leaving, like you said, at the end of this month, so why should they care whether I live here or not?  My rent was returned by TELACU and one of it's employees...  NOT HACLA!  Therefore it is obvious that they are putting me, a senior handicapped with a cat in the street.  

They are sadistic, arrogant, abusive criminals.  I went to a GOOD eviction clinic today that has only REAL attorneys and they told me I would probably lose.... WHY?  I don't have money for an attorney!  It's about $3,000 - $4000 to get one.  My income is under $900/month.  These monsters are actually going to evict me for disturbing... whatever it says in the lease, even though SHE did ALL THE DISTURBING.  

The day after I was arrested they asked a few tenants who were near me for statements.  One who was standing right next to me said I never touched her at all in any way.  They refuse to let me see that or have a copy.  THEY KNOW I have the ONLY eye witness.  Also, 2 people came to them so my cat could be fed and they REFUSED!  The old people would never be so cruel... cruelty to animals!  Also, don't care the fate if put out in the street with me.  

I have a regular life.  I am white in a bldg that is almost all black, some Korean and Mexican and 2 or 3 other whites out of 196 units.  I have put up with so much hate and discrimination but I let it go.  I should NEVER have let anything at all, just GO.  Everyone is VERY religious and Christian.  I am an atheist and when people know that, they sneer at me, are just plain full of hate.  One lady left the lunchroom when someone said I was an atheist.  THAT'S what kind of discrimination I live with here.  Doesn't matter that I report anything, they always turn it around against me, because they don't APPROVE of my atheism, and I wonder how what I think has any effect on their lives.  Why should they care?  BUT THEY DO!  

When I heard TELACU was leaving I was SO SO SO HAPPY!  And then they slammed this nightmare on me.  They won't even be here in a month.   I know I already said that, but it's mind boggling that they would care whether I live here or not.  Section 8 office is intertwined with them as well.  In the same bldg, and when I went there to ask for my voucher back, the guy said he had to get permission from HACLA!?!  They want me out but will ruin my life forever by not giving me a voucher?  This stays on a credit report for 7 years.  I can't afford to rent, but still, they all do a credit check and with an eviction there, NOBODY would rent to me for a whole 7 years.  I'll probably be dead by then.  PLUS!  I will never be able to get public housing again.  They know this and yet are putting me out.  

I wish a good atty would read some of this stuff, I sure do need help.  Happy to see your post here.  Nobody wants to see that TELACU is NOW the thief.
