Teleblend A class action lawsuit should be filed against Teleblend (broadband phone service provider). ripoff Portland Maine

Several issues as listed below:

I switched from sunrocket (I paid Sunrocket in advance for 15 months, but received service for less than 6 months)to Teleblend after numerous e-mails that Sunrocket is closing immediately. i paid through my credit card. I was also supposed to receive an e-mail from Teleblend in regard to my account. I never did in spite of several requests. They charged me $15.38 though the service was $12.99/month. I wanted to know the additonal taxes. Sunrocket never charged that much.

I was promised same service as that of Sunrocket. Afer switch ( I may be still Sunrocket customer as they never told me when I was switched and apparently they were using Sunrocket network, a fraud), I found my international call is not working. This was not working for more than a month before I switched. I sent them e-maisl in that regard, but no reply. When I called their tel support for international calls after waiting for more than 30 minutes, I was told that these calls are not working for all the customers and we will get them asap. Tilll today there is no international call though I was supposed to get $3 worth international calls.

My phone becomes dead from time to time for more than a day. The caller to my phone receives a message that the numer is disconnected and no more in service. Everytime it happened, I sent them an e-mail. No reply. Finally called them though my cell phone (waited sometimes more than 40 minutes at peak hours). Once the phone was fixed after calling. Now my phone is dead again for the last 36 hours. This time I was old by Teleblend rep that they can not promise me when their service will be restored.

I reported the matter to Portland, Maine BBB and will be reporting the matter to Maine attorney general office today.

They have false info on their website. These info are misleading so as to attract former sunrocket customers. Even today they claim on their website that they can start former sunrocket new members with 72 hours while on their phone, the message says it will take 7 -10 days.

I am looking for filing a class action law suit against this company. Sunrocket has already looted us and Teleblend is trying to do that. They partnered with Sunrocket to acquire their customers. We ae trying to get the agreement between Sunrocket and Teleblend. Sunrocket should not hide any info on their transaction especially after they have looted us. These teleblend guys may have some connection with Sunrocket.
