Tenretni Ltd are a UK based company who con people by selling internet websites to members of the public via ebay. Tenretni Ltd promise people expert marketing training, unlimited support and top of the range websites. I bought a website from Tenretni and had a certified SEO (search engine optimised) professional analyse it for me. The website was full of errors and its not as advertised.The company state in their adds that customers who buy these websites will benefit from 18 years internet marketing experience, I was assigned a trainer called joanne marston by tenretni Ltd and later i found out she has no professional marketing qualifications, she bought a few websites from Tenretni letd and then they gave her a job. I paid for "expert marketing training" and this is not what i received. The training and customer servce was appalling. Ofter the phone would ring out, my emails would be ignored, a complete nightmare.appointments were constantly broken and the setup tenretni have seemed to be quite a shambles. At first i though i was the only one who got ripped off until i came accross this website:

if you copy and paste the above link into your internet browser, you will see that there are many many unhappy customers, luckily i have only lost 1500 but there are people who lost upwards of 20,000 and someone who even lost his home. Several people have begun legal proceedings against tenretni Ltd. the Tenretni adds on ebay look very appealing but these people are 100% scammers. Several people have requested refunds but they have been ignored. Tenretni Ltd dont even bother to reply to their customers emails and the man behind tenretni is always in a meeting and never available o the phone

TENRETNI INVESTIGATED BY TRADING STANDARDS

The Directors of Tenretni Ltd, and some of their Associates were visited on 4th June 2009 by Trading Standards.
There is now an ongoing investigation into the dealings of the company. If you have a greivance against the company, Trading Standards would be interested in hearing from you.
Trading Standands has, to assist them, asked me to compile a list of people on their behalf, and therefore ask you to contact Tony at Small Claims.
Here is what to do:

4) Supply your name, your own email address, a contact phone number and the amount you invested.
