I just saw the other commenters. One was a person named "Giselle" from the UK. The other was someone named "Tyg" from USA. If only they knew. This Yao guy who runs Teppan Japan is very rude and disrespectful. I have heard several things about him and I don't think anybody really likes him. I live near Valley View and I also work in Valley View. Yao seems to treat women like myself and this woman who wrote this report differently than other customers. Also, Yao's wife is very rude and disrespectful too... and his wife is rude/disrespectful with a smile! His wife will smile (condescendingly) at you and tell you "hurry up" and she will roll her eyes at you! She acts like she hates people! Yao is somewhat better but he's still disrespectful/rude. Yao once addressed my husband as "little guy"... and he was very VERY condescending towards my husband. I will NEVER step foot back in Teppan Japan ever again. Yao also owned the Hong Kong Market on Hershberger Road! Beware of this disrespectful, rude, conceited little p***k Yao Tang and his wife! If you ever meet the 2 in person, I definitely think you will feel the same way as others do. Whenever I see Teppan Japan in the mall, I just walk by it and act like it doesn't exist! I don't trust Yao or his wife to make my food! I wouldn't trust them as far as I could spit!!!! I think Yao also cheats on his wife because he is a very shady and strange character! I think people should watch out for people like him, instead of eating his mediocre, terrible mall food. It's not even real Teppanyaki. It's fake mall food!

You were rude to "Yao" and belitting.  What gives you the right?  It is fine to make a consumer suggestion, but you seem to come off as being a nasty person.  If you don't like the food, DON'T GO!  As far as the employee you claimed agreed with you, I am betting they were waiting on you and felt compelled so you would not make a scene and because they wanted a tip.

 Or MAYBE you could be a BETTER PERSON!!!! YOUR racism is apperant!! Its almost overwhelming at the sheer IGNORANCE you show. Guess what, if you tried thier fried rice and found it to be too greasy for YOU, then order something else. STOP being a little spoiled PRINCESS because sweety YOU ARE NOT A PRINCESS!!!! YOU are OBVIOUSLY a NASTY individual who expects the world to bend to HER desires. REALITY doesnt work that way!!! YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE ABUSIVE!!!! Which it is VERY CLEAR that is what YOU were doing. If you dont like the food then just dont eat there. YOU CANNOT EXPECT that they are going to change how they do things because YOU SAY THEY SHOULD!!! I mean who the hell are YOU to critique?? OBVIOSLY YOU cant cook fried rice. If you COULD you would understand that it takes OIL to FRY the rice!!!! Hence the term "FRIED RICE"!!! What YOU are calling "greasy" is just the method that is used to cook it by them. Its NOT some personal vendetta like YOU have pulled. Its just the way they cook thier rice. Personally if I had to listen to YOU berrate me about something I had no control over, I would have suggested that YOU shut up as well. YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO EXPRESS YOUR OPINION WITHOUT REPERCUSSIONS!!!! Thankfully since YOU have willingly and with malice CHOSEN to post defaming remarks on a public forum, then YOU get to deal with the lawsuit that can come from it. But princess NEVER think of anything but themselves. Go away and GROW UP!!!!!
