Terminex Pest Control poor customer service and unprofessional employees Baltimore Maryland

One year ago we started using Terminex for routine pest control services and have had nothing but problems ever since. The exterminators would show up to the house unannounced and leave reports that they could not provide service because we were not home to let them in even when we were (we watched as they would get out of the trucks leave this note and leave without ever ringing the doorbell or knocking) sometimes they would leave reports that they serviced the outside of our property but there was never any sign of this. Every time this occurred we called and had to have them come beck out to do the service that they were being paid to provide, of course at a huge inconvenience to ourselves. I contacted Terminex several times to ask them to call before they come so we can be home and in one year received only one automated call informing us that they would be out to provide service and this was after I had canceled our contract with them because of the POOR service they provided.

Finally, out of frustration I called the office to talk to a manager and was hung up on three times by the office staff after being called stupid. When the office manager finally contacted me he was rude and unprofessional and told me that I knew how to spin a good story and that he did not believe a word of what I was telling him and that his staff never hung up on me because they said they did not. As if an employee would come right out and say to his boss yes I provided rude unprofessional service called a customer stupid and hung up on her! He also said that Terminex exterminators never just show up to houses without calling first and that no one was scheduled to come to our house, he told me that me and my husband were liars and ask us to give physical discriptions of the employees to prove that we were telling the truth (as if I have nothing better to do than deal with idiots like him).

In the end I finally called the corporate Terminex and still received poor customer service and no resolution to my complaints. So much for their advertised customer service your way guarantee. No one at Terminex seems to care about what kind of a job they do or how they treat their customers! I will never give my hard earned money to this corporation ever again!

Oh and by the way weeks after I was assured that I was just a crazy complaining lady a Terminex exterminator showed up again at my house unannounced, I tried to call the manager at the office, the one who has assured me it is all in my head, to let him know that the hallucinations of his employees are now standing in my kitchen and would be willing to talk to him on the phone to prove his existence, but he was too busy on one of those conference calls (that seems to be all he is good for) to take my call. This time I was sure to take a picture of the man just for good measure and proof of my mental sanity if Terminex should so question my mental capabilities ever again!

SAVE YOURSELVES THE HEADACHE DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER COMPANIES THAT WOULD BE THANKFUL TO HAVE YOU AS A CUSTOMER AND TREAT YOU SO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
