I purchased testing for food intolerances.   The results never came until it was over 45 days and I couldn't file a dispute with paypal because too much time had went by.  I disputed it the day I got the results and they even said to much time went by.  I have the email that says they sent the results to the wrong email. They replied once but now wont return my emails.  They are not professional.  They are a fraud.  They just take your $.

They shouldn't be able to advertise money back guarantee if they do not do that. They are not even in the US.

That is how they get you.  It takes so long for mail to get here and back to England that until they do the testing enough time has went by that you can not dispute what you purchased.  Do not give them a dime.  They don't work for their $.  They cheat people out of it. They have quite the crime plan going on. Karma will get them!
