On 7/24/14 I was hired Texas Best Escorts to escort an oil companies relocation of a rig from Flatonia, Texas to another location. I completed my part of the relocation and turned in my paperwork on 7/25/14. The company that hired Texas Best paid Texas Best on 8/14/14. I have called more than 3 times asking about being paid and was told the check had been sent on 8/28/14. Today is 9/20/14 and I still do not have a check. I called today and was told that another check would NOT be issued until the first check had been returned.
This the third time I have worked for Texas Best Escorts and the third time I have been run around the flag pole by Susan Hawthorn. A lot of her family works for her and they get paid before anyone else. I would stay away from these people because they are NOT even close to Texas Best Escorts when you work for them.

I would like to set the record straight on the part that Susan pays family first. I am her sister-in-law and I have worked for her a year now. My husband has worked for her now five years. Susan has always paid all her drivers when the companies have paid her. She does not pay family out of other drivers pay, nor does she go out and spend it either. Susan has however asked the family members working for her to give up paychecks to pay driver outside of the company. This was do to the fact that a company that didn't pay her and she had drivers that needed to be paid. I know for fact that me and my husband were two of them that gave up ours. We would do it again for the good of the company. I was on this load that this man talks about and all drivers were paid. Susan keeps very good records of the people she pays. If there is every an error she would be the first to apologize and make it right.
