Discount Quality Work! Disappointed in the work and the lack of professionalism.  Had a stump ground out and tree trimmed. We were the last job of the day- Ryan dropped off a worker and left while the job was being complete. His worker texted while he worked and Ryan returned as the sun set and the tree trimming was being complete. I felt like they didnt trim high enough and only did the low lined limbs.

Feedback was not taken seriously onsite and the next day I saw the tree in the daylight and was very disappointed. Compared to trees in the area that were recently trimmed there was a clear difference. I asked Ryan to come out and make it right but his response was lacking professionalism and ended with his decision it would cost him too much to come out again compared to the amount he agreed to charge for the trim. Not sure what business runs like this but as a business owner if fixing a problem cost me money, I would do it to save the relationship and possibility of future jobs/income.

We are a small business and believe every customer must be 100% satisfied. This is why we have a five star rating and do a high percentage of business with people we have already worked for or who have been referred by someone we have worked for. If you do business with 1000 people you will cross paths with someone that is totally unreasonable. This customer hired us to grind a stump and prune a tree in back. We showed up to find an 8 ft tree that had been partially cut down. Not a stump and is alot more work. We still continued and got it done without even asking for more money. She called later because she wanted the tree stripped because she saw the work landscapers did on a neighbors tree. I told her we are arborists and the tree did not need to be stripped. She then got ugly. Inspite of the health of the tree. We still sent a crew to strip the tree and make her happy. They also lie in the report about being a small business owner. This was exposed in my conversation with her.
